The battery does not charge
Make sure the power a
dapter is plugged into a working socket. When
you connect the adapter to the device, LED indicator of battery charging
must be lighted;
Make sure that you use a standard power adapter, not the adapter from
another device;
Battery may not charge while working at high temperature.
The problem with making and/or receiving calls.
The notification of the network access error
The problem can be caused by a poor network signal. Move to a
location where the network signal is more stable;
The network may be overload
ed (which is usual for a crowded place).
Move to a less crowded place;
You cannot make outgoing calls
• Make sure that the desired SIM-card was selected;
• Make sure that there is access to a mobile network signal;
• Make sure you have not set call barring for this phone number.
Unable to receive incoming calls
Make sure that the phone is turned on;
Make sure that there is access to a mobile network signal;
Make sure that the number of the caller is not placed on the blacklist.
The interlocutor cannot hear you
Make sure you have access to the built-in microphone;
The problem may be related to insufficiently strong signal of the mobile
network. Move to a location where the network signal is more stable;
When using a headset, check the connection of the headset (wires), make sure
that you are using the headset recommended by the manufacturer.
Poor sound quality during a conversation
• Make sure that nothing blocks the access to the device's internal
antenna;
• The problem may be due to insufficient signal strength of mobile
network. Move to a location where the network signal is more stable.
