    If the secondary ASTRO Gateway (RGW) fails to pair with the primary Gateway via a wireless connection, ensure the primary Gateway's web UI indicates a 'Controller' role with a blinking INT indicator. If not, reset the secondary Gateway to factory default by holding the RST button for 10 seconds. Consider moving the mesh router closer to the primary Gateway. You may need to set up Mesh AP with Wireless Connection. As an alternative, try pairing with an Ethernet connection initially, then disconnect the cable and wait approximately 30 seconds until the WPS indicator blinks.

    If the secondary ASTRO Gateway (RGW) doesn't pair with the primary Gateway via Ethernet, first check the primary Gateway's web UI to confirm it's in 'Controller' mode and the INT indicator is blinking. Next, reset the secondary Gateway to factory settings by pressing the RESET button for 10 seconds. Alternatively, connect the WAN port of the secondary Gateway to the LAN port of the primary Gateway, wait about two minutes for automatic pairing, indicated by the secondary router's INT LED blinking.
