• Checkifthediscisscratchedordamaged.
The DVD drive eject button is not responding.

 OnWindows®8.1,hoveryourmousepointeroverthelower
leftcornerofWindows®desktopthenright-clickontheStart
Screen’sthumbnail.Fromthepopupmenu,clickFile Explorer
toopentheComputerscreen.
2. Right-click ,thenclickEjectfromthemenu.
