The motherboard comes with eight Double Data Rate 4 (DDR4) Dual Inline Memory Module
(DIMM) slots.
A DDR4 module is notched differently from a DDR3 or DDR2 module. DO NOT install a
DDR3 or DDR2 memory module to the DDR4 slot.
