Call block
If you have subscribed to caller ID service, you can set the telephone to block
unknown calls and certain undesired calls. The call block list can store up to 20
entries.
When a call is blocked, the caller will hear a simulated busy tone for one ring cycle.
The call recipient may pick up the call during the rst ring when there is no caller ID
information. Otherwise, the call is disconnected.
Block unknown calls
All incoming calls with unknown numbers will be blocked.
1. MENU/SELECT -> / -> Call block -> MENU/SELECT.
2. / -> Calls w/o num -> MENU/SELECT.
3. / to choose Unblock or Block -> MENU/SELECT.
Add a call block entry
1. MENU/SELECT -> / -> Call block -> MENU/SELECT.
2. MENU/SELECT again to select Block list.
3. / -> Add new entry -> MENU/SELECT.
4. Enter a telephone number up to 30 digits -> MENU/SELECT.
5. Enter a name up to 15 characters -> MENU/SELECT.
Review call block list
1. MENU/SELECT -> / -> Call block -> MENU/SELECT.
2. MENU/SELECT again to select Block list.
3. / -> Review -> MENU/SELECT.
4. / to browse through the list.
Edit a call block entry
1. Search for the desired call block entry.
2. When the desired entry displays -> MENU/SELECT.
3. Enter a telephone number up to 30 digits -> MENU/SELECT.
4. Enter a name up to 15 characters -> MENU/SELECT.
