Hose and Fitting Integrity

Always check for damaged, frayed, or loose hoses and fittings. Replace defective parts immediately.

Maintenance and Oil Addition

Hydraulic Riveter Oil Addition

Add hydraulic oil when the rivet is not broken after 5 pulls. Use quality hydraulic oil like Mobil DTE 10.

Riveter Head Maintenance

Turn off air supply. Disassemble riveter head, clean inner/assembly parts with a brush, oil parts, and reassemble.
