What to do if ATEN Media Converter data transmission fails?

If data transmission fails on your ATEN Media Converter, ensure the IC-485AI units are securely plugged into the computer's serial ports. Verify that all cables are correctly set up and properly connected. Confirm that SW1 and the DIP Switch are set correctly. Finally, insert terminal resistors according to the information given on p. 13.
