What to do if the lifting platform of my ATH Cross Lift 50 Lifting Systems does not lower?

If the ATH Lifting Systems platform does not lower, it may be due to a few reasons. First, check for any obstructions under the platform and remove them. If there are no obstructions, the hose rupture protection might have been triggered; try lifting the platform briefly and pressing "DOWN" again. Also, the lowering valve might not be activated, so check the electrical connection. Other possible causes include a defective control relay (check it), defective lowering valve (replace the solenoid or the valve for lowering speed set), or the lowering speed might be set incorrectly (set it correctly). Finally, check the cable connection, relieve the catches by lifting, and inspect the electromagnets, replacing them if needed.
