In case of an accident do not touch wiring connectors or the
components connected to the wiring
It’s highly unlikely, but incase the battery catches fire, extinguish
the flame by flooding it with a lot of water. A water hose should be
used, and the person doing this must maintain at least a couple of
metres away from the scooter. Make sure the scooter is not
plugged into the charging point. If it is, switch OFF the main power
supply immediately to cut o the electricity flow
Once the fire is exhausted, keep flooding the battery with water
every 30 minutes for up to 2 hours. Check on it after regular
intervals for a few hours to be extra sure that fire doesn’t re-ignite.
