Step 1: Install the wall mount at a height of 1.2m from
the ground. Ensure that there's a socket close to the wall
mount.
Step 2: Mark 2 holes vertically on the wall, using holes given
on Wall mount for mounting under the snap cover.
Step 3: Drill holes with an M6 drill and install the wall anchors.
Step 4: Align the wall mount to the holes and fasten with
the 2 mounting screws. Once done, close the screw cover.
Step 5: Attach the Duo to the wall mount, plug it in and
switch it ON.
Step 6: Now you can charge your vehicle where you park.
And when not charging, you can hang the charging handle
in the dock.
Step 7: Use the key given in the pack to unlock the Duo
from the wall mount.
→ To start charging, insert the 3-pin plug into the 3-pin
socket properly, and ensure that the connection
is not loose.
→ Use the charger only on electrical lines secured by a
fuse or MCB.
→ Do not use extension cords and/or extension boxes.
→ Do not use a damaged socket.
→ Ensure that the area is protected against water
spillage/rain and isn’t damp.
→ Do not operate with wet hands.
→ Ensure that the wall socket has an individual switch and
the plug is inserted only when the switch is OFF.
→ Ensure that the cable is not stretched from the plug/socket.
→ Turn ON the switch after ensuring the above points.
→ Turn OFF the switch before removing the plug from the
socket.
→ Once the charging is done, wind up the cables
around the charger and lock the cables with the strap
on the side. Do not strain or pull the cable while winding.
Keep it in the bag that comes with this pack.
→ Ensure that the charging cable is always well-secured,
so that it’s never stepped on, driven over, tripped on, or
undergoes any damage or stress.
→ Do not use the charger with cables still wound around it.
→ The charger should be regularly wiped with a clean, dry
cloth to prevent accumulation of dirt and dust.
→ Unplug the power cord before cleaning the charger.
→ The device should be supervised when used around
children.
→ Do not insert foreign objects or liquids into any part of
the charger.
→ Use the charger only within the specified operating
parameters as described in the specifications.
