Why is my Halo not switching on?
My speaker volume is not high
enough
Long press the button to switch
on the helmet. If it doesn’t, try
charging it with the Rizta/home
charger. If it still isn’t switching on,
reach out to our customer care
or visit your nearest Ather
Experience Center
Ensure that you are wearing the
appropriate helmet size for your
head. You should also check if the
speaker is sitting right above your
ears. If it isn’t, move the
speaker around to align it to your
ears better
