working
My charger light has turned red
Check for any obstructions near
the speaker area of the helmet.
Long press the power button to
turn it on and o. If the feature still
doesnt work, contact our
customer care or visit your
nearest Experience Center
Unplug/disconnect the wireless
charger and plug it in again.
Ensure there is no metal object
on the charging surface before
connecting your Halo
