      This issue with your Atlantis UPS could be due to a couple of reasons. First, the line and neutral conductors of the UPS input might be reversed. Try rotating the mains power socket by 180° and then reconnecting it to the UPS system. Alternatively, the external or internal battery might be incorrectly connected. Ensure that all batteries are properly connected.

      If your Atlantis UPS shows no indication and no alarm even when the mains power is normal, there are a couple of things to check. First, make sure the AC input power cord is firmly connected to the mains. Second, verify that the AC input is correctly plugged into the AC input, and not the UPS output.
