Why does my Atom Lawn Mower engine run then stop?

  If your Atom Lawn Mower engine starts then immediately stops, it might be due to several reasons: the ignition switch could be off (turn it on), the choke might be on (push it to the OFF position), the fuel tank could be partially empty (fill the tank), the primer bulb might not have been pushed enough times (press it fully and slowly 5 times), or the engine could be flooded (use the starting procedure without choke).
