If your ATTO Technology Host Adapter RAID adapter isn't accessible, first, open the ATTO ConfigTool from the ATTO Utilities, which can be downloaded from the ATTO website. If the Driver Information section indicates 'Unknown: driver not loaded', reinstall the driver. Also, reset the NVRAM for all channels to defaults and reboot. If the problem persists after these steps, and the device is properly seated, it's time to contact an ATTO Technology authorized representative.
