Fig 32. Tie up the cables so that they do not touch the boiler’s hot surface. Make sure
the exposed wire connectors are not touching any metal parts of the machine. On some
of the machines, the water pumps are tilted towards the back. If the water pump
touched the SSR clear protection shell, it can generate some extra noise when running.
In this picture, we used a cable tie to attach the tubing came out of the pump to other
wires. It pulls the pump away from the SSR surface.
10) Install the top cover. Before doing so, you should cut the excess tail of the cable ties.
Check all connections that have be changed. Make sure that there are no exposed wires or
connectors that will touch the top metal cover once it is installed. Some of the cables that
stay above the top cover sitting level will move when the cover is installed. If that cable
has an exposed metal connector, it could result in an electric shock.
11) Wrap the spiral cut tubing over the exposed cables as shown below.
