High-voltage wiring harness for hybrid battery - PX1- is located
on left of vehicle underside.
– Remove hybrid battery unit - AX1- ⇒ page 19 .
– Remove front noise insulation ⇒ General body repairs, exte‐
rior; Rep. gr. 66 ; Removing and installing front noise insula‐
tion .
– Remove rear noise insulation ⇒ General body repairs, exte‐
rior; Rep. gr. 66 ; Removing and installing rear noise insula‐
tion .
– Remove underbody cover ⇒ General body repairs, exterior;
Rep. gr. 66 ; Exploded view - covers .
– Disconnect high-voltage wiring harness for hybrid battery -
PX1- -2- from power and control electronics for electric drive -
JX1- ⇒ page 27 .
– Guide high-voltage wiring harness for hybrid battery - PX1-
downwards out of engine compartment.
– Cut through cable ties towards rear until wire guides -1- and
-2- are reached and unclip high-voltage wiring harness.
– Remove wiring guides -1- to -2- (1.5 Nm).
