NOTE:
A pilot needle bearing must be installed in the crankshaft on vehicles with
a manual transmission. Install a pilot needle bearing if necessary.
On vehicles with an automatic transmission, no pilot needle bearing must
be installed in crankshaft. Remove the pilot needle bearing if necessary.
