The 5-pin socket panel on the side of the unit is not plugged in
properly
The fuel pump power is disconnected / not plugged in properly

Motor failure

Insulation and wire damage at the end of the glow plug causes a
short circuit
Glow plug in diesel heater body is not tighted enough

Obstacles to the circulation of the machine, obstructed air duct
Installation space is too narrow
Wrongly connected to the fuel pump with a large flow rate
Fuel pump check valve leakage
The heat sensor is damaged
Overheating
sensor failure
The Fan will run with no heat and can’t be switched off. Remove
the fuse to stop it and replace the heat sensor which is located on
the surface of diesel heater body and under the cover.
Ignition plug

Poor contact glow plug connector at the board
The glow plug is burned out and needs to be replaced
Where there is a main board failure there is no symbol in front of
the number on the LCD or it flashes 5 times as the initial indication.
The next number that slow flashes is the fault code
Faults beginning
with “c”
“c” is the control switch failure or a control switch connection line
failure, which has nothing to do with the motherboard (replace the
control box)
