Please read this manual carefully before using the product to avoid
damage during use. Before switching on the product, make sure that
the technical specications of the product shown on the label corre-
spond to the parameters of the electric network. Incorrect use can lead
to damage of the product, cause material damage or cause damage to
the health of the user. Use only for household purposes in accordance
with this Manual. The product is not intended for commercial use. Use
the product only for its intended purpose. Do not use the product near
the kitchen sink, outdoors and in rooms with high humidity. Always un-
plug the product from the electrical network when it is not in use, as
well as before assembly, disassembly and cleaning. The product must
not be unattended while it is connected to the electric network. Make
sure that the power cord does not touch the sharp edges of furniture
and hot surfaces. To avoid electric shock, do not attempt to disassemble
or repair the product by yourself. When disconnecting the product from
the electric network, do not pull on the power cord, hold the plug. Do
not twist or wind the cord. The product is not designed to be operated
by an external timer or a separate remote control system. The product
is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental abilities, or if they have no experience or knowledge, if they are
not controlled or instructed about the use of the device by the person
responsible for their safety Do not allow children to use the product as
a toy. Do not use accessories that are not included in the delivery suite.
ATTENTION! Do not allow children to play with plastic bags or wrap-
ping lm. THREAT OF SUFFOCATION!
ATTENTION! Do not use this product outdoors.
ATTENTION! Be especially careful if children under 8 years or people
with disabilities are close to the product in use.
ATTENTION! Do not use this product near combustible materials, explo-
sives, or self-igniting gases. Do not install this product near a gas or electric
stove, or other heat sources. Do not expose the product to direct sunlight.
ATTENTION! Do not allow children under 8 years to touch the kettle body, the
power cord and the plug of the power cord while the product is in operation.
If the product has been kept for a while at a temperature below 0ºC, it must
be left at room temperature for at least 2 hours before switching it on.
ATTENTION! Do not handle the power cord and the power cord
plug with wet hands.
ATTENTION! Unplug the product from the electric network every time
before cleaning, and also if you do not use it. When connecting the
product to an electrical network do not use an adapter.
ATTENTION! The power cord plug has a wire and a grounding prong.
Connect the product only to a properly grounded socket.
ATTENTION! To avoid overloading the electric network, do not con-
nect the product with other powerful electrical appliances to the same
electric network.
ATTENTION! Do not touch the moving parts of the product.
When using the “KEBBE” nozzle, do not install a knife or grill.
ATTENTION! Do not try to process food products with hard bers (ginger,
horseradish), bread, biscuits, bones and nuts. Do not overload the product
with products. Be careful when handling a cutting knife - it’s very sharp!
ATTENTION! Do not use any objects to push food, do not push the
meat with your ngers, use the pusher.
ATTENTION! The maximum permissible continuous operation time is
no more than 5 minutes with a mandatory break of at least 10 minutes.
ATTENTION! The maximum permissible continuous operation time of
the “R” function (reverse) - must not exceed 20 sec.
SECURITY MEASURES
Remove the meat grinder from the packaging and remove all pack-
ing materials. All removable parts that will come into contact with
products (except the body), wash with warm water and detergent,
dry thoroughly before assembly.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Move the switch to the “O” position. Make sure the motor is fully
stopped. Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet. Disas-
semble in the reverse assembly order. To facilitate disassembly, special
lugs are provided on the xing nut. Remove the remnants of food. Wash
all the parts in contact with the products, warm water with a neutral
detergent. After, wipe the metal parts with a dry cloth. It is not recom-
mended to wash the metal and plastic parts of the meat grinder in the
dishwasher! Do not use abrasive or chemical cleaners. Clean, dried knife
and grates wipe with a cloth impregnated with vegetable oil. Do not
immerse the grinder body in water. Wipe it with a damp cloth.
CLEANING AND CARE
Before storage, make sure that the product is disconnected from electric network. Complete all the requirements of the CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE section. Keep the product in a dry, cool place and out of the reach of children
STORAGE
Cut the meat into pieces of this size so that they pass freely into the loading
throat. Before connecting the meat grinder to the mains, make sure that
the switch is in the “0” position. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet.
Turn the switch to the “ON” position. Put the meat in a tray and gradually,
without exerting any eort, feed it into the loading throat with a pusher.
REVERSE FUNCTION
During operation, the filler neck can be clogged with food. Turn off the meat
grinder by moving the switch to the “0” position. After the motor has stopped
completely, move the switch to the “R” Position. The auger will start to rotate
in the opposite direction and push out the jammed products. If this does not
work, unplug the grinder from the mains, disassemble and clean the filler neck.
NOZZLE “KEBBI”
Kebbe is a traditional Middle Eastern dish. It is usually prepared from
lamb and wheat cereals, which are twisted into a homogeneous
minced meat. Insert the auger into the loading port. On the auger,
install the “KEBBE” nozzle. Tighten the locking nut.
NOZZLE COOKING SAUSAGES
Assemble the ller neck. Between the grate and the xing nut, install
the sausage nozzle.
OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT
Install the product on a at, stable and dry surface. Do not block any
ventilation openings on the bottom panel. At an angle of 45º, install
the loading throat in the meat grinder body and, without applying
eort, turn the nozzle counterclockwise until it locks. Insert the auger
with the long end into the charging neck and rotate it until it snaps
into place. On the auger, rst put the knife, and then - one of the grids
so that its protrusions enter the grooves on the loading throat, and
the cutting edges of the knife snug against its plane, otherwise the
meat will not be processed. Tighten the locking nut clockwise (with-
out tightening). Place the food tray on the loading throat.
