Adverse Conditions and Hazards

Avoid operation in high winds, near flammable substances, hazardous liquids, or in enclosed spaces.

Follow correct LPG procedures, never leave unattended while alight, and ensure proper cooling after use.

Fire Extinguishing Readiness

Always have fire extinguishing equipment easily accessible and ready for use during operation.

Burner Safety After Use

Be cautious of residual heat; the burner head can remain alight after gas is turned off.

Assembly Instructions

Component Check and Layout

Remove all contents from packaging and check all listed items are present and not damaged.

Hose and Fitting Connections

Apply thread tape or sealant to male threads, attach hose ends securely, and ensure no leaks.

Gas Bottle Connection

Connect POL male fitting to LPG gas bottle and tighten securely, testing for leaks with soap water.

Operating Safely

LPG Valve and Leak Checks

Ensure LPG valve is closed when not in use and inspect hoses/connections for leaks before each use.

Ignition and Gas Flow

Be ready to light burner immediately after opening valve, never allow prolonged LPG flow to unignited burner.

Gas Leak Response

If gas smell is detected, shut off gas, extinguish flame, check for leaks, and do not relight until repaired.

Safe Operation Procedure

Have lighter ready, ensure safe position, turn gas on at low flow, and light burner with flint lighter.
