  If your AUTLEAD Pressure Washer isn't reaching high pressure, there might be a few reasons: * The diameter of your garden hose might be too small. Try replacing it with a 5/8 inch or larger hose. * Your water supply could be restricted. Check the garden hose for any kinks, leaks, or blockages. * You might not have enough inlet water supply. Ensure the water is turned on full force and inspect the hose for issues. * The water inlet filter might be clogged. Remove the filter and rinse it in warm water. * The black detergent nozzle may be attached. Replace it with a high-pressure nozzle.

The pump might be sucking air, so check that hoses and fittings are airtight, then turn off the machine and purge the pump by squeezing the trigger gun until a steady flow of water emerges through the nozzle. Also, the water inlet filter may be clogged; remove it and rinse it in warm water. An obstructed spray nozzle can also cause this issue; blow out or remove any debris with a fine needle. Lastly, a calcified gun, hose, or spray wand can cause pressure variations; run distilled vinegar through the detergent tank to resolve this.

Additionally, inspect the detergent suction tube for damage or clogs, and remove any obstructions or replace the tube if necessary. Ensure a high-pressure nozzle isn't attached, and replace it with the black detergent nozzle. Also, check the spray nozzle for obstructions, and blow out or remove any debris with a fine needle. Finally, make sure all fittings are tightened.

  Water leaking from the pump of your AUTLEAD Pressure Washer (up to 10 drops per minute is permissible) can be due to loose fittings or damaged/worn water seals. Check the fittings. It could also be due to the activation of the thermal protection device, which will auto-reset. Avoid running the pump for more than 5 minutes without spraying.

Preparation

Oil Level Check and Refill

Air Filter Maintenance

Operating Instructions

Starting Procedure

Connect garden hose, connect spray gun/hose, open water source.

Engine Start-up

Turn engine switch ON, pull choke CLOSE, release pressure, pull recoil cord, pull choke OPEN. Repeat if needed.

Cleaning Procedure

Position wand 6-8" (15-20cm) from surface at a 45° angle.
