Injection and High Pressure Hazards

Water Supply (Cold Water Only)

Water Supply Requirements

Follow local regulations, use filter, minimum 5/8" hose, 2.6 GPM flow rate, max 122°F/50°C temperature.

Do not draw contaminated water. Use clean source and filter. Do not operate without water turned on.

Assembly Instructions

Part Identification

Diagrams showing main frame, handle, gun hook, knobs, bolts, and pressure hose.

Handle and Frame Assembly

Attach the handle and main frame using knobs and bolts.

Gun Hook Attachment

Attach the gun hooks to the handle.

Wheel Installation

Install wheels onto the main frame by inserting the spring-loaded axle.

Preparation

Oil Level Check and Refill

Check oil level using dipstick. Fill with SAE 10W-30 oil if low. Change oil after 5 hours, then every 50 hours.

Fuel Level Check

Ensure sufficient fuel before operating. The engine is 4-cycle, requiring separate fuel and oil reservoirs.

Air Filter Maintenance

Check air filter after storage. Replace annually. Clean filter with kerosene and engine oil if dirty.

Operating Instructions

Starting Procedure

Connect garden hose, connect spray gun/hose, open water source.

Engine Start-up

Turn engine switch ON, pull choke CLOSE, release pressure, pull recoil cord, pull choke OPEN. Repeat if needed.

Cleaning Procedure

Position wand 6-8" (15-20cm) from surface at a 45° angle.

Quick Connect Nozzles

Use color-coded nozzles (0°, 15°, 40°, Soap) for different spray widths and cleaning tasks.

Nozzle Application Guidelines

0° (Red): Stubborn dirt. 15° (Yellow): Surface dirt. 40° (White): Moderate dirt. Soap (Black): Low pressure detergents.

Nozzle Safety Checks

Ensure nozzles click securely into place. Pull nozzle to confirm proper seating before operation.

General Spraying Safety

Never point spray nozzle at yourself, others, or animals to avoid serious injury.

Working with Detergents

Detergent Application

Use black detergent nozzle for low pressure. Fill detergent tank with approved detergent.

Detergent Usage Warnings

Do not use bleach, solvents, ammonia, or acid-based products. These can damage the unit and surface and void warranty.

Shutting Down & Clean Up

Detergent Flush Procedure

Flush detergent system with 1 gallon of fresh water to remove residue.

Engine and Water Shutoff

Turn engine OFF, close fuel valve, turn off water source. Release pressure and engage safety lock.

Hose Disconnection and Storage

Disconnect garden and high-pressure hoses. Store hoses properly. Avoid kinks.

Pump Protection (No Guard)

If Guard is unavailable, disconnect water, run engine briefly to expel water, turn off immediately.

Storage Precautions

Store in a room not reaching freezing temperatures. Do not store near heat sources.

Winterizing & Long-Term Storage

Antifreeze Application

Use antifreeze for winter storage and cleaning to protect pump from freezing and wear.

Winterizing Procedure

Turn engine off, disconnect hoses, add antifreeze to pump, pull starter rope to circulate.

Troubleshooting

Engine Will Not Start

Unit Does Not Reach High Pressure

Output Pressure Varies

Check for air in pump, clogged inlet filter, obstructed spray nozzle, or calcified parts.

No Detergent

Check detergent tube connection, filter, thickness, or if a high-pressure nozzle is attached.

Garden Hose Connection Leaks

Tighten fittings or insert a new rubber washer if missing/worn.

Spray Wand Leaks

Ensure spray wand is properly attached. Check for broken o-ring or plastic insert.
