What to do if Auto-Sleeper Harmony PSU has no 12 volt output?
    • J
      Juan CaseyAug 12, 2025
If there's no 12 volt output from the PSU, it could be due to several reasons. The battery protect feature might have activated to safeguard the vehicle or leisure battery. In this case, inspect the batteries and fuses, then switch on the PSU isolate switch and charger switch, making sure the mains supply is connected. Alternatively, over voltage protection might be active, indicated by a warning on the control panel; verify the regulator's connection and operation within specified parameters. A control panel software crash could also be the cause; try rebooting the control panel by turning off the PSU isolate switch. Also, check that the equipment is switched on and properly connected to the 12V supply.
