If the connections are reversed, disconnect the power pack and reverse the clips. Also, the power pack battery might not be charged; check its status by pressing the button on the front. If the issue persists, the vehicle's battery may be defective and should be checked.

  If your autoXS Remote Starter power pack is not powering your 12V device, first, make sure the 12V device is turned on. If it is on, check the power pack's battery charge status by pressing the button on the front. If the device still doesn't work, it may be drawing more than 15A or has a short circuit. In this case, disconnect the 12V device, press the reset button on the back of the power pack, and try the device again. If the problem persists, consider replacing the 12V device.
