  To clean the outer lens surface of the AVEGANT Glyph eyepieces, use any commercially available lens cleaning cloth or tissue and lens cleaning solution. Gently press and use circular motions to clean the lenses. If the lenses retract, extend them by pressing the round button between the two IPD sliders.

  You can use a PC program like Adobe Premiere to convert 2D videos to side by side 720p videos for use with AVEGANT Glyph. Make sure you select side-by-side format with 720p resolution.

  When using the AVEGANT Glyph as audio-only headphones, the volume buttons on the Glyph itself will not function. Volume must be controlled from the playback device or via an optional audio cable with in-line volume controls, since the Glyph is off in this mode.

  To use your AVEGANT Glyph as audio-only headphones, first remove the nosepiece by gently pushing it downward. Store it safely. Push in the lenses until they click into the optical unit. Attach the lens cover, extend the headband, and slip the device on with the headband facing upward. Plug your audio cable into the recessed 3.5mm audio input with the Glyph power OFF, and adjust the volume on your playback device. Note that the recessed audio input is designed for slim, cylindrical housing audio cables.

  If you cannot insert a 3.5mm audio cable into the headphone jack on your AVEGANT Glyph, it may be because the housing around the plug is too large. Use a 3.5mm audio cable with a slim, cylindrical housing around the plug.

  The AVEGANT Glyph includes different nosepieces in the accessory box. Try them to find the best fit. Remove a nosepiece by pushing downward, opposite the nosepiece adjustment knob, as they are held in place with a magnetic catch.

  If your AVEGANT Glyph beeps and displays a red screen, it indicates that the battery is low. The device will automatically shut down when the battery is critically low.
