How to setup "AVerMedia CamEngine" with RECentral
The latest RECentral 4 & RECentral express had included the AVerMedia CamEngine.
You can use the camera effects without install the additional software.
1. Click on the plus sign (+) on the “Source” section and select the "Device" icon.
2. Select "Live Streamer CAM 313" to add webcam.
3. Click the “Edit” at the bottom of webcam image.

Setup AVerMedia CamEngine with RECentral

Add Webcam Source

Click '+' on "Source" and select "Device" icon, then choose "Live Streamer CAM 313".

Access Webcam Settings

Click the "Edit" button at the bottom of the webcam image preview.

Start AVerMedia CamEngine

Click the "setting" icon to launch the AVerMedia CamEngine interface.

Setup AVerMedia CamEngine with OBS

Download CamEngine Software

Obtain the AVerMedia CamEngine file from the Live Streamer CAM 313 product webpage.

Add Video Capture Device in OBS

Click '+' in OBS "Sources" and select "Video capture device".

Create New Video Source

In the "Create/Select Source" dialog, choose to "Create new" and name the source.

Configure CamEngine Video Source

Select the CamEngine source in OBS and click "Configure Video" to open its settings.

Using AVerMedia CamEngine Features

Video Adjustment

Adjust Brightness, Contrast, Hue, and Saturation using the provided sliders.

Apply Filters

Enable filters like "Whitening" and "Smoothing" and use the "Compare" button.

Apply Effects

Select and apply various visual effects from the "Effects" menu with real-time preview.
