Quick Start guide
Pairing PowerSense®
with your head unit
Ensure your head unit is switch on.
Navigate to the settings menu on your head unit. Usually this is through the main
menu (refer to your user manual or check your device website for more info)
Sharply tap the crank PowerSense is affixed to, to turn it on.
Once PowerSense is on, it will broadcast and be visible on any ANT+ device
just like any other power-meter.
Select PowerSense in the menu, and add.

Data screens
Most head units will allow a degree of adjustability for the different things you can view whilst out
riding. You’ll view these different things on what’s referred to as pages.
Page
1
being the screen you use the most, screen two, usually a ‘specialist screen’ having things like
Power to Weight, %FTP and VAM as an example of a climbing page. Although we like the example
of having a sprint screen which has Power and a Timer andwell that’s it. Most people only have
3 pages and then their Map page, maybe their virtual partner page.
When you come to adjust your data screens we recommend you do it whilst out on a ride.
Only during then will you know what you really want to see. Try to do this whist out by yourself as this
could get very annoying for your mates, or very tiring for you when they don’ t wait up for you, like us,
wed leave you there no worries at all.
Troubleshooting
Sometimes things don’t always go so smoothly. Whereas we’ve tried to make PowerSense as hassle
free as possible, things happen. If for some reason you can’t Connect or add PowerSense, we’ll need
to pull the battery, ‘Forget’ the device on your head unit, pop the battery back in, and then research.
Doing this, believe it or not, fixes a whole host of problems. *turns it off, and turns it back on again*
