Why is the inlet pressure low in my Axeon Water Filtration System?

  If your Axeon Water Filtration System has low inlet pressure, several factors could be responsible. It might be due to low supply pressure, in which case you should increase the inlet pressure. Alternatively, the cartridge filters may be plugged, requiring you to change them. A malfunctioning solenoid valve could also be the cause, and you would need to replace the solenoid valve (LP–500). Finally, check for any visible leaks and fix them.

Why is the permeate flow low in my Axeon Water Filtration System?

  If your Axeon Water Filtration System exhibits low permeate flow, several factors could be at play. Start by inspecting the flow restrictor and cleaning or replacing it if necessary. Cold feedwater can also cause this issue; refer to the temperature correction sheet for guidance. Additionally, low operating pressure could be the culprit, so consult the section on low inlet pressure. Inspect and replace the defective membrane brine seal, if needed. Lastly, the membrane might be fouled or scaled, in which case you should clean or replace the membranes.
