speciedbytheUSCG.Inaddition,theAmericanBoatandYachtCouncil(ABYC)andtheNational
MarineManufacturersAssociation(NMMA)workwithboatbuilderstodevelopvoluntary
standardsthatexceedtheUSCGrequirements.Theincludedsafetyequipmentonyourboat
meetsorexceedsthestandardsoftheUSCG,ABYCandtheNMMA.
 Somerequiredsafetyequipment,suchaslifejackets(PFDs),arenotincludedwithyourboat.
Yourdealercanhelpyouchoosetheappropriateequipment.
