Why does Baby Lock Software show 'Cannot connect to the Internet' when upgrading?

  To upgrade the USB card writer module, ensure that the computer connected to the card writer module via USB has an active internet connection. If you're using firewall software, temporarily disable it during the upgrade process. The error messages appear because the computer with the USB card writer module connected to its USB port could not establish a connection to the Internet. If you're still unable to establish a connection, it's recommended to contact your authorized Baby Lock dealer for further assistance.

  If the USB card writer module isn't working right, it might not be getting enough power. Try plugging the USB card writer module directly into a USB port on your computer. Alternatively, use a self-powered USB hub that can supply enough power to the card writer module.
