ISLAND FRUIT BLAST
½ cup pineapple juice
½ cup raspberry sherbet
½ cup sliced mango

1 cup ice
Add all frozen ingredients, then add all remaining ingredients. Blend
until smooth.
ENERGIZING FRUIT BOOST
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 banana
1 cup frozen strawberries or peaches
2 Tbsp orange juice
Add all frozen ingredients, then add all remaining ingredients. Blend until
smooth.
LEMONADE WATERMELON SOOTHER
1 cup watermelon (pulp, not rind)
1½ oz. frozen lemonade concentrate (

of a 6 oz. can)
½ cup lemon/lime soda
½ tsp. grenadine syrup
½-1 cup ice, to desired consistency
*add water if necessary

KEY LIME SMOOTHIE

can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz. can)
½ cup plain yogurt
½ banana
3 Tbsp. key lime juice (fresh or concentrate)
½ cup ice
