  • Stability: Metal stabilizers (F) are used to secure the legs to the cooler body.

  • Pre-chilling: To maximize ice retention, it is recommended to pre-chill the cooler before filling it with ice and chilled beverages.
  • Drainage System: A drain with two washers is provided at the bottom of the cooler body. One washer should be placed above the drain on the bottom hole, and the other below the drain. The drain valve should be tightened to prevent leaking.

Maintenance Features

  • Wood Care:
    • Leaving the cooler in prolonged sunlight or rain will cause the wood to weather.
    • The wood surface should be resealed every six months or as needed.
    • Natural weathering and cracking will occur as the wood expands and contracts when exposed to the elements. This is considered normal and improves the character of the product without affecting its structural integrity.
    • The use of outdoor paint or stain is recommended to protect the wood from elements and prolong its life.
    • Periodic cleansing and recoating may be necessary.
  • Interior Cleaning:
    • After use, completely drain, dry, and clean the inside with a soft, damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleanser.
    • To prevent rust or staining, the interior must be properly maintained.
    • For tough stains, a solution of baking soda and water can be used.
    • To remove odors, wipe the interior with a cloth saturated with vanilla extract and leave it in the cooler overnight.
    • Always air dry the cooler with the lid open before storing.
  • Storage:
    • It is recommended to store the cooler box in a dry place.
    • During long periods of non-use, store the furniture in a covered and dry place. For the least maintenance, use it under a covered area.
  • Tipping Prevention: The cooler may be prone to tipping over during high winds, so necessary precautions should be taken.
  • Drain Cap Usage: The drain cap can be placed between the lid and the cooler body to prop the lid open, allowing air to circulate and prevent complete closure.

Parts List

The manual includes a detailed parts list for assembly:

  • A: Cooler Body With Decor Flag (1 PC)
  • B: Legs (4 PCS - B1+B2)
  • C: Small Star (3 PCS) - Note: The small star is a decorative piece, likely for the flag design.
  • D: Cast Iron Handle (3 PCS)
  • E: Bottle Opener (1 PC)
  • F: Metal Stabilizer (4 PCS)
  • G: Large Screw (26 PCS)
  • H: Medium Screw (12 PCS)
  • I: Short Screw (24 PCS)

Assembly Steps

  1. Step 1 (Leg Attachment): Place the cooler body (A) upside down. Secure the four legs (B) to the cooler body using 24 large screws (G). Each leg assembly requires 6 large screws (G).
  2. Step 2 (Stabilizer Attachment): Securely fasten the metal stabilizers (F) to the inside of each leg using short screws (I - 5 PCS per leg). Use one medium screw (H) to secure the bracket UP into the base of the cooler on the front two legs. Short screws (I) should be used to secure the bracket to the cooler body on the rear legs. Do not use long or medium screws into the side legs.
  3. Step 3 (Upright Positioning): With two people, stand the cooler in an upright position.
  4. Step 4 (Decorative Pieces and Handles):
    • Attach the decorative pieces (C) to the top or front of the cooler body.
    • Carefully attach one handle (D) to each side of the cooler body using medium screws (H - 4 PCS).
    • Carefully secure one handle (D) to the lid of the cooler body using medium screws (H - 2 PCS) in the rear handle holes and short screws (I - 2 PCS) in the front holes. Be careful NOT to push screws through the bottom of the lid.
    • Attach the bottle opener (E) to the front of the cooler body using large screws (G - 2 PCS).
    • Note: When attaching handles with 4 screws (H - 2 PCS & I - 2 PCS), position the handle so screws enter insulation and are not exposed beneath the lid.
  5. Step 5 (Drain Assembly): Secure the drain to the bottom hole of the cooler body. Place one washer above the drain on the bottom hole and the other below the drain. Insert and attach the drain to the cooler. Tighten the drain valve on the underside to prevent leaking. Condensation may occur on the bottom of the cooler.
