INSTALLATION
Install the reverse order of disassembly.
1. Clean the surface of input metal before installing
the O-Rings.
2. Apply grease or gear oil to O-rings.
3. Tighten the screws attaching hydrostatic unit to the
input metal to specied torque.
9. Remove the drive shaft.
Remove the HST unit.

NOTE
• Oil may drain from the HST unit after it is
removed. Have a suitable container ready to
catch the excess oil.
• Be careful not to damage the filter and
O-rings and lock pin.
• Hydraulic transmission weights approx. 12
Kg. Attach a suitable lifting device to trans-
mission before removing screws.
NOTE
• If neutral adjustment locking screws were
loosened, neutral adjustment procedure must
be performed.
• See “HYDROSTATIC PEDAL AND NEUTRAL
ADJUSTMENT” in page 4-17.
Tightening torque
2xM8x1.25 -140L (11T)
2xM8x1.25 -75 L (11T)
