Sa Adjustment Command Instructions
• Power the printer up normally
• After the printer had booted up, make sure there is a color ribbon in the printer remove
the cards then close the lid.
• Set the card guide to the highest setting
• ln the Maintenance/Printer command prompt, send the Sa command
• The “warning-LED” from the control panel will flash.
• Open and close the cover
• When the “card/ribbon-LED” starts flashing insert a card into the feeder
• The card will be fed, processed and ejected. The sensors will be adjusted.
**If this procedure has been followed too slowly, a “timeout” message may be displayed
in the response box. Reboot the printer back to a normal state and repeat the process.
