  If the motor of your Baileigh Grinder doesn't run, there might be several reasons: * The motor could be incorrectly wired, in which case a qualified electrician should check it. * Relays or the motor itself may be defective, requiring replacement of the faulty component. * The motor's thermal protection might be defective, necessitating replacement of the thermal protector. * Blown fuses could be the issue; identify the cause and replace them. * The emergency stop button might be depressed; clear any issues and reset the button.

  Short belt life on your Baileigh Grinder is often due to excessive grinding pressure. Allow the belt to do the cutting. Excessive pressure dulls the belt and removes the grit from the belt.

  Contact wheel wear on your Baileigh Grinder can happen because of: * Grinding in one area on the belt. Use the entire work surface of the belt whenever possible. * Excessive grinding deposits on the belt and debris in the machine. Periodically clean the interior of the grinder.
