For the Space Heater, the voltage should be between 11.5V and 15V when measured at the heater; for the Water Heater, it should be between 10V and 15V d.c. If the voltage is within these ranges, inspect the connections between the heater and the battery. Also, verify the alternator or external battery charging. Finally, clear the lockout as described on the Seattle control panel.
