  • Installation: Fixed wire installations must incorporate an all-pole disconnection switch. Installation must be performed by a Qualified Person and comply with local health, safety, and electrical requirements. The appliance must be earthed (grounded).

Usage Features

The Swiftgrill E92 offers precise temperature control for various food items, with recommended cooking temperatures provided in both Celsius and Fahrenheit:

Food Temp (°C) Temp (°F)
Meat - Bacon 180 355
Meat - Frankfurters 180 355
Meat - Ham Slices 180 355
Meat - Hamburger Patties 160 320
Meat - Lamb Chops 190 375

To operate, the user turns the thermostat dial clockwise to the desired temperature. The pilot light will illuminate during heating and extinguish once the set temperature is reached. Turning the dial to higher settings will not decrease the heat-up time. The dual controls allow for different temperatures on each half of the griddle.

Maintenance Features

Cleaning:

  • After use, the hotplate should be scrubbed with a brush, detergent, and water.
  • The grease drawer should be emptied regularly.
  • Accumulated carbon can be removed using a scraper and a fine grit griddle brick.
