  To remove the current pairing between your Bali Indoor Furnishing shades and remotes and start fresh: * For a Single-Channel Remote, press and hold the program button on the back for 15 seconds. * For a Multi-Channel Remote: * Press and hold the MENU/RIGHT button to enter the menu. * Select ZWAVE > RESET. * With LIKE NEW? selected, press and hold the MENU/RIGHT button until the screen no longer tells you to wait. * For a Shade: * Move the shade to its upper limit. * On the shade, press and hold the program button for 7 seconds. When the shade jogs, release the button. All remotes are now unpaired with the shade.

  If the UP and DOWN buttons on your Bali Indoor Furnishing remote are reversed, you can switch them back by following these steps: 1. Move the shade to any point between the upper and lower limits. 2. Press and hold the UP and DOWN buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. 3. When the remote LED turns amber, release both buttons. The shade will jog. 4. Press and hold the UP and DOWN buttons at the same time for another 3 seconds. 5. When the remote LED turns amber, release both buttons. The shade direction has now been reversed.

  If the LED on your Bali Indoor Furnishing remote doesn’t light up when you press a button, the first step is to replace the battery in the remote. For a two-button or single-channel remote, you’ll need a #CR2430 lithium coin battery. For a multi-channel remote, you’ll need two AAA batteries. If replacing the battery in the remote doesn't solve the issue, check the battery orientation and then replace the batteries in the shade with eight AA lithium batteries per battery case. If the issue persists, make sure the motor’s antenna is exposed, removing any securing tape and positioning the antenna away from the shade headrail, avoiding any crimping or damage to the antenna or power lead. Finally, ensure that the shade and remote are properly paired.
