LIABLITY AND GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
The automatic softener to which this handbook refers is covered by guarantee as provided for by current
regulations on the field (Consumer Code and Civil Code), starting from the date of invoice of the product.
The invoice attesting to the date of purchase of the product must be kept for the entire coverage period
of the guarantee.
The guarantee covers the substitution or free repair of parts that were originally defective due to manu-
facturing imperfections or that otherwise affect the proper functioning of the softener.
The guarantee only covers the product and its parts and will for no reason be extended to cover damages
to third parties.
To use the guarantee, the user must have carefully followed the instructions of this handbook.
THE BUYER IS REQUIRED TO PERFORM
A) When receiving the products and before signing by the driver, check the number and nature of the
parcels, which must correspond to those indicated on transportation note. Moreover, the buyer should check
the external conditions of the parcels, with special attention to possible signs of hitting or tampering that could
have compromised the quality of the product.
B) Not later than eight (8) days from the date of delivery, the buyer is required to check the quality of the
delivered material, making sure that what they received is exactly what they ordered/purchased by the seller.
