Stirs shakes, drinks, purées, mashed potatoes, and sauces. Ideal for thick or creamy consistency.
Mince meat and fish (cooked/uncooked) and fibrous vegetables. Suitable for boneless meat with few sinews.
Use a light swivelling motion from the wrist, lifting slightly to process ingredients for finer mixtures.
Rest mixer on the bottom, lift slowly at an angle to whip ingredients to desired stiffness.
Dip mixer at an angle, switch on to blend. Switch off before removing to prevent splashing.
Step I for light dishes and small amounts. Step II for viscous, firm ingredients and large amounts.
Wash attachments separately. Rinse dirty parts under running water. Clean appliance by running in hot water.
Lubricate drive shaft with oil every few months for smooth running. Run appliance briefly after lubrication.
If drive shaft fails to rotate, place attachment in hot water for 5-10 mins and switch on. Free shaft with pliers if needed.
