Attachments

Mincer

Cuts, chops, purées vegetables, fruit, meat, and ice cubes. Blends soups and sauces. Mixes batters. Perfect for heavy ingredients.

Beater

Whips egg whites and cream. Perfect for light and fluffy soups and sauces.

Whisk

Stirs shakes, drinks, purées, mashed potatoes, and sauces. Ideal for thick or creamy consistency.

Meat Mincer

Mince meat and fish (cooked/uncooked) and fibrous vegetables. Suitable for boneless meat with few sinews.

Applications and Handling

Wrist Movement

Use a light swivelling motion from the wrist, lifting slightly to process ingredients for finer mixtures.

Lifting Up

Rest mixer on the bottom, lift slowly at an angle to whip ingredients to desired stiffness.

Blending

Dip mixer at an angle, switch on to blend. Switch off before removing to prevent splashing.

Switch Speeds

Step I for light dishes and small amounts. Step II for viscous, firm ingredients and large amounts.

General Cleaning

Wash attachments separately. Rinse dirty parts under running water. Clean appliance by running in hot water.

Lubrication

Lubricate drive shaft with oil every few months for smooth running. Run appliance briefly after lubrication.

Troubleshooting

Drive Shaft Not Rotating

If drive shaft fails to rotate, place attachment in hot water for 5-10 mins and switch on. Free shaft with pliers if needed.
