The Dolgreen Stone Green Fresh Grinder is a versatile kitchen appliance designed to perform stone grinding, juicing, and grating functions all in one machine. Function Description:

The device serves three primary functions:

1. Stone Grinder: It grinds grains into powder using "Bio-Ceramic" upper and lower stones. These stones are made with inorganic binders of feldspar, silica, and clay, heated at over 1300°C, and also incorporate alumina for increased strength. This design ensures that no particles from the actual stone are left in the ground material. It can handle both wet and dry grinding techniques.
2. Juicer: The juicer feature is scientifically designed to perfectly juice vegetables and fruits. It uses a grading disc to extract pure taste and color, and a juice net to filter out heavy metals from pesticides, producing pure fresh juice.
3. Grater: The grater separates particles using centrifugal force. Non-separated particles are grated between a guide plate (located under the juicer cover) and the grating disc. The guide plate has a custom-designed grooved wall to thin out leafy materials (like kale and angelica) for effective grating.

Usage Features:

• Assembly: Detailed step-by-step instructions with images are provided for assembling each function (stone grinder, juicer, grater). Key steps involve placing the container on the motor base, locking the spout, aligning motor covers and stems, attaching grinding plates/filter screens/grating discs, securing with locking nuts, and placing the upper assembly.
• Operation (General):
  • Place a collection cup or container under the spout.
  • Push the "red" on/off button to start the machine.
  • Feed material into the funnel (for grinder) or insert hole (for juicer/grater) using a push bar for safety.
  • Push the "red" on/off button to stop the machine when finished.
• Stone Grinder Operation:
  • Place the regulator arm in the start position.
  • Test a small sample of material.
  • Adjust the regulator arm clockwise to achieve smaller particles.
  • Feed material into the funnel once the desired particle size is set.
• Juicer Operation:
  • Feed material via the insert hole using the push bar.
  • Remove the particle ring and dispose of unused material.
  • Replace the particle ring and check the container for build-up.
  • A custom-designed Particle Ring allows for easy removal of remnants.
• Grater Operation:
  • For quicker operations, insert larger pieces of material rather than chopped or diced.

  • Wash all parts thoroughly after use and dry the stone well before storage.
• Juicer Cleaning:
  • When removing the particle ring, hold it by the lip and lift straight out of the filter screen; do not remove the filter screen from the motor stem.
  • Peel off the white vinyl coating on the grating disc (applies to both juicer and grater).
• Tips:
  • When grinding fine powder, use a fabric catch over the spout to prevent dusting.
  • To prevent binding of the stones, feed smaller amounts of material into the funnel.
  • When moving the regulator arm, push the safety button on the lever for smooth rotation.
  • If the juicer begins to shake, refer to step 5 of the juicer operation (likely to check/replace the particle ring).
