  First, check if the maximum volume is at its minimum value by opening the cash box maintenance door. Next, open the cabinet maintenance door to check the power amplifier volume. Ensure the power amplifier is on and the audio cable connecting it to the cabinet is secure. If the problem continues, contact your local distributor.
