Safety Instructions

Users must read the operation manual completely before installation or operation. All instructions marked with a warning sign must be observed to prevent bodily injuries. The product should be installed and pre-operated by well-trained personnel. Using an extension cable with multiple outlets for power connection is prohibited. When connecting power supply cords, ensure the voltage matches the motor's nameplate (rated voltage ±20%). The machine should not be operated in direct sunlight, outdoors, or where the room temperature is outside the 5°C to 45°C range. Avoid operating near heaters, in areas with dew, or where humidity is below 30% or above 95%. Do not operate in areas with heavy dust, corrosive substances, or volatile gases. The power cord should not be subjected to heavy objects, excessive force, or over-bending. The earth wire of the power cord must be permanently connected to the production plant's system ground with proper size conductors and terminals. All moving parts must be shielded by provided covers. When first turning on the machine, operate it at low speed to check the correct rotation direction.

Always turn off the power before:

  • Connecting or disconnecting any connectors on the control box or motor.
  • Threading the needle.
  • Raising the machine head.
  • Repairing or performing any mechanical adjustment.
  • When the machine is idling.

Repairs and high-level maintenance should only be performed by appropriately trained electronic technicians. All spare parts for repair must be provided or approved by the manufacturer. Do not hit or ram the product with any objects or force.

Guarantee Time

The warranty period for this product is 1 year from the date of purchase or 2 years from the ex-factory date.

Warranty Detail:

Any trouble found under normal operation within the warranty period will be repaired free of charge. However, maintenance costs will be charged in the following cases, even within the warranty period:

  1. Inappropriate use, including: wrong high voltage connection, wrong application, disassembly, repair, modification by incompetent personnel, operation without precaution, operation outside its specification range, or inserting other objects or liquids into the product.
  2. Damage caused by fire, earthquake, lightning, wind, flood, salt corrosion, moisture, abnormal power voltage, or any other damage due to natural disaster or inappropriate environments.
  3. Damage from dropping after purchasing or damage during transportation by the customer or their shipping agency. Note: While efforts are made to test and manufacture the product for quality assurance, external magnetic interference, electronic static or noise, or unstable power sources may damage it. Therefore, the grounding system of the operating area must guarantee good earth, and a failsafe device (e.g., residual current breaker) is recommended.
