The Baridi 18 Bottle Wine Cooler, Model No. DH29, is a sleek and compact appliance designed for storing wine, featuring a touch screen, LED lighting, and an energy efficiency class A rating. It comes in a stainless steel/black finish.

Function Description:

This wine cooler is designed to store up to 18 bottles of wine, protecting them from UV light with its tempered mirror glass door. It maintains a controlled temperature range between 5-18°C, which is adjustable via touch screen controls. The unit incorporates compressor cooling technology and an automatic defrost feature for ease of use. It is suitable for household and similar applications, including staff kitchen areas, holiday homes, hotels, and catering environments. The appliance is designed to be free-standing and should be placed away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

Usage Features:

  • Touch Screen Controls: Allows for easy adjustment of the internal temperature.
  • LED Lighting: Features soft white LED internal lighting that turns off automatically after 10 minutes.
  • Control Panel Lock: The control panel automatically locks out after 20 seconds of non-use. It can be unlocked by holding the lock symbol for approximately 2 seconds, accompanied by an audible noise.
  • Temperature Unit Change: The temperature units displayed can be changed by pressing and holding the temperature unit symbol for approximately 2 seconds.
  • Temperature Adjustment: The desired operating temperature can be increased or decreased using dedicated symbols, with each press causing a 1° change in the set value.
  • Wooden Shelves: Stylish beech wooden shelves are included to accommodate the wine bottles.
  • Levelling Feet: Adjustable levelling feet in each corner allow for stable positioning of the unit.
  • Ventilation Space: Requires a minimum of 50mm space at the rear, and 30mm at the top and both sides for optimal efficiency and performance.
  • Initial Setup: After positioning, the unit should rest for an hour before being turned on. Allow 2-3 hours for the unit to reach the set temperature before placing items inside.

Maintenance Features:

  • Cleaning: Before cleaning or performing any maintenance, the power plug should be removed from the supply.
  • Surface Cleaning: Interior and exterior surfaces should be wiped with a damp cloth and thoroughly dried with a clean dry cloth. For more soiled surfaces, a neutral detergent can be used, followed by wiping down with a clean damp cloth and thorough drying.
  • Prohibited Cleaning Materials: Abrasive or chemical cleaning materials should not be used on any surface of the unit.
