Reasons for improper carburetor operation can be:
The fuel level in the carburetor is too high. It should be adjusted accordingly.
The vents are positioned incorrectly. They need to be adjusted.
The carburetor is very old. It needs to be replaced.
Clean, adjust and replace spark plugs
Remove dirt from the spark plug and adjust the clearance. If it is functioning
improperly, then it should be replaced. Otherwise, its resistance is high and the spark
is low, resulting in the fuel not burning completely. This results in excessive fuel
consumption and release of harmful substances into the environment.
Adjust or replace valves and set valve lash
Wear, incorrect closing or incorrect valve switching causes incomplete fuel
combustion. They should be checked and adjusted periodically. If they are visibly worn,
replace them with new ones. It is especially important to set the valve lash properly so
that it gives a good enough mixture.
