7. Malfunction and alarms
WARNING!
Never interfere with the electrical components when they
are energized and there is a shock hazard.
In case of malfunction, immediately disconnect the device from the power supply. Before
contacting the customer service department or vendor check the troubleshooting table
below.

The device cannot be
turned on
No power supply from the
mains.
Check whether the
automatic safety device has
not been triggered.
Melted fuses.
Contact the service
company.
The device is not switched
on through the main switch.
Close the main switch.
The device does not
absorb water.
Water supply valve closed.
Open the water supply valve.
Rinse arm nozzles clogged.
Clean the arms and check the
rinse arms for limestone.
Solenoid valve filter clogged.
Contact the cleaning service.
Rinse pump failure.
Contact the service
company.
Pressure switch error.
Contact the service
company.
Washing results are
not satisfactory.
Wash arms are clogged.
Thoroughly clean the wash
arms.
Not enough washing agent
added.
Contact the service
company to order new
setting of dosing devices.
Filters are dirty.
