Clothes preparation
Check that all fastenings are closed and that pockets
are empty. Turn the articles inside out. Place clothes
loosely in the drum to make sure that they don’t get
tangled.

e Cottons 5.0 kg

e Synthetics 2.5 kg
* Delicates 1.5kg
The given weights correspond to a standard wash load.
Sort clothes as follows:
A) By care symbols
On the collar or inside seam:
Suitable for tumble drying
Tumble drying at low temperature only
XI do not tumble dry
B) By amount and thickness
Whenever the load is bigger than the dryer capacity,
separate clothes according to thickness (e.g. towels
from thin underwear).
C) By type of fabrics
Cottons/linen: Towels, cotton jersey, bed and table
linen made of cotton or linen.
Synthetics: Blouses, shirts, overalls, etc. made of
polyester or polyamid, as well as for cotton/ synthetic
mixes.
Delicate: Sensitive fabrics for example viscose
D) By drying level
e Sort into: iron dry, cupboard dry, etc.
e For delicate articles press the option button
“Gentle”.
Do not tumble dry:
Woollens, silk, delicate fabrics, nylon stockings,
delicate
embroidery,
fabrics
with
metallic
decorations,
bulky items such as sleeping bags, etc.
Attention: Do not dry articles which have been
treated with a drying cleaning fluid or rubber
clothes (danger of fire or explosion).
Do not dry laundry dirty with vegetable oils.
