Function Description

The Bay Sports SUP Dolly is a portable, wheeled cart specifically engineered to facilitate the easy movement of a stand-up paddleboard from one location to another, typically from a storage area to the water's edge and vice versa. It eliminates the need to manually carry the heavy and cumbersome board, thereby reducing physical strain on the operator. The dolly is designed to securely hold one stand-up paddleboard, allowing for convenient transport by lifting the board's nose and pulling the dolly.

Usage Features

The usage of the Bay Sports SUP Dolly involves a straightforward three-step process:

1. Placement: The tail end of the stand-up paddleboard is placed into the dolly's frame.
2. Securing the Bungee Strap (Initial Hook): The bungee strap is hooked to the bottom frame of the dolly on one side.
3. Securing the Bungee Strap (Over the Board): The bungee strap is then sent over the paddleboard and hooked onto the other side of the dolly's frame, ensuring the board is firmly secured.
4. Transport: Once the board is secured, the operator lifts the nose of the paddleboard, and the dolly's wheels allow for easy transport.

Maintenance Features

Warranty and Liability

General Product Warranty: Products purchased from an Authorized Dealer are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time of receipt and will meet stated specifications under normal use and service when correctly installed, operated, and maintained. This warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end purchaser. It does not cover products bought from non-authorized dealers, and non-authorized dealer receipts are not accepted for verification. Warranty claims must be made directly to the original place of purchase.

Warranty Period: The warranty is valid for one year from the product's accepted delivery date. The Authorized Dealer provides a one-year manufacturer's warranty for most products, unless otherwise specified in the product advertisement.

Warranty Service: The Authorized Dealer will replace any defective or malfunctioning part at no charge, including shipping costs for parts or replacement products to and from the manufacturer. The purchaser is responsible for labor charges. If the product does not meet advertised specifications, the Authorized Dealer will refund the full purchase price. Questions and claims should be directed to the Authorized Dealer from whom the purchase was made.

Warranty Limitations: The warranty does not apply to products that:

• Are repaired, modified, or altered by any party other than the Authorized Dealer.
• Are subjected to unusual physical stress or conditions (e.g., overloaded ramps, corrosion), natural disasters, governmental actions, wars, strikes, labor disputes, riots, theft, vandalism, terrorism, or any other reason beyond reasonable control.
• Are damaged due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident, negligence in use, storage, transportation, handling, or tampering.
• Are considered consumable items or items requiring repair or replacement due to normal wear and tear. Product damage incurred during shipping voids the warranty unless noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery.

Limited Liability: In no event shall the Authorized Dealer be liable to the purchaser or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the product. This includes, without limitation, property damage, loss of value of the product or any third-party products used with it, or loss of use of the product or any third-party products used with it.
