Installation Procedure Steps

Disconnect Battery and Air Intake Hose

Disconnect the negative battery terminal and remove the air intake hose.

Remove EGR Tube Bolts

Remove the two EGR tube bolts on the driver's side of the plenum.

Disconnect Cables and Connections

Disconnect throttle/cruise control cables and electrical/vacuum connections.

Remove Plenum Mounting Bolts

Remove five mounting bolts attaching the plenum to the manifold.

Install PCV Fitting

Install the appropriate PCV fitting into the plenum before installing the IAC valve.

Install IAC Valve

Install the IAC valve using the supplied gasket and original bolts.

Mount Plenum Assembly to Manifold

Mount the plenum assembly onto the intake manifold using supplied hardware.

Re-establish Connections and Attachments

Re-establish electrical/vacuum connections and attach throttle/cruise control cables.

Re-connect EGR Tube and Battery Terminal

Re-connect the EGR tube, air intake hose, and negative battery terminal.
