SETTING UP
1. Stand the dispenser upright on a flat stable surface away from direct sunlight.
2. Keep at least a 6 in. buer zone between the dispenser and wall.
3. Ensure that the unit is switched o before plugging in.
4. Attach the fixing sheet (located in the back of the dispenser) to the wall to prevent the unit from falling.
OPERATION
1. Remove the label on the jug cap
2. Insert the jug vertically into the water guard and turn on the hot (red) tap until water flows from it.
3. Then, plug in the dispenser into the socket and turn on the switches one at a time.
4. The dispenser is ready to use once the heating and cooling indicators light up.
NOTE: The dispenser will not operate until it has reached the proper temperatures.
CLEANING & MAINTENACE
Before first use: run for 30 minutes, then turn o the appliance and remove the jug. Drain all water from the
drain stopper and hot & cold taps (Be cautious of hot water). Then, replace the bottle and run the hot tap
until water comes out.
NOTE: If you use mineral water, you must clean the heating coil and tank with a mixture of 2% cooking-grade
citric acid and clean water at least once a month to prevent mineral build-up. After cleaning with the citric
acid solution, clean once more with clean water only to remove the solution from the dispenser.
